This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Cultivate robust relationships with users, managers, and executives of clients.
• Comprehend customer objectives, expectations, and motivations for utilizing PrecisionCare software.
• Convey and showcase the benefits of PrecisionCare software.
• Implement customized customer retention strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as the liaison and primary contact between PrecisionCare and its clientele.
• Assist users in leveraging PrecisionCare software effectively and efficiently.
• Increase and enhance customer software adoption.
• Develop and personalize implementation strategies.
• Travel to client sites and engage in trade shows, conferences, sales, and networking events.
• Execute implementation strategies.
• Monitor and assess customer health checks.
• Provide training opportunities for users.
• Evaluate customer requirements and adapt software usage accordingly.
• Facilitate coordination between Customer Support and Software Development teams.
• Test and familiarize oneself with new features and functionalities.
• Inform and train clients on upcoming updates and modifications.
• Conduct regular customer assessments and review usage metrics.
• Contribute to software design and development aligned with user needs and regulatory standards.
• Serve as an escalation point for client inquiries and issues.
• Educate clients about new features, updates, and best practices.
• Oversee customer projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Advocate for clients and communicate their needs internally.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for professional services.
• Determine features and additional services to enhance customer billing.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the human services or a related domain.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or a similar role.
• Over 1 year of experience with an Electronic Health Record application or a comparable system.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a relevant field.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in multitasking various Account Manager responsibilities and duties.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Must have a dedicated workspace that ensures information privacy.
• Assigned territory includes CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA.
• Travel may be required as necessary.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Occasional travel as needed based on client and market requirements.
