Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete customer relationship after the sale, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and check-ins to evaluate client health, usage, and satisfaction.

• Act as the internal voice of the customer, working with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance services.

• Provide customized training sessions and product demonstrations for clients with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client portfolio and partner with Sales Executives to execute these strategies.

• Track client engagement metrics and proactively intervene to mitigate churn risk.

• Aid clients in grasping blockchain analytics concepts, compliance workflows, and best practices for the platform.

• Support clients in European markets by utilizing cultural and regional insights to foster trusted relationships.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions, health scores, and account plans within HubSpot CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory; fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within fintech, SaaS, or compliance technology.

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptocurrency markets, or financial crime compliance (AML/KYC).

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

• A proactive, organized, and data-driven mindset for managing a portfolio of accounts.

• Comfortable operating in a remote-first and fast-paced environment.

• Experience with or for crypto exchanges, financial regulators, or banks.

• Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks.

• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
