This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the daily success and engagement of a designated customer portfolio.
β’ Collaborate closely with Regional Account Managers to enhance adoption, customer value, retention, renewals, and expansion.
β’ Achieve high renewal rates through measurable ROI delivery and consistent customer interaction.
β’ Boost grower enrollment and the adoption of Taranis Intelligence programs.
β’ Identify and implement in-season expansion and upsell opportunities.
β’ Assist Regional Account Managers in fostering and deepening customer relationships.
β’ Ensure customers effectively integrate Taranis into their workflows.
β’ Partner with the Regional Account Manager as the Customer Success lead for the territory.
β’ Act as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts.
β’ Facilitate pre-season onboarding, alignment, and expectation setting.
β’ Maintain proactive, high-touch customer engagement throughout the growing season.
β’ Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
β’ Provide ROI reviews and seasonal business summaries to support retention and renewals.
β’ Recognize expansion and upsell opportunities and coordinate execution with Regional Account Managers.
β’ Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, platform walkthroughs, and webinars.
β’ Proactively address customer issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
β’ Keep accurate records of account activity, progress, and renewal status in Salesforce.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Flight Operations.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural retail, cooperatives, agronomy, or another customer-facing agricultural position.
β’ Strong understanding of corn and soybean production systems.
β’ Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, drive retention, and convey value and ROI.
β’ Takes ownership of commitments and consistently follows through on tasks.
β’ Capable of effectively managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines with minimal oversight.
β’ Identifies risks early, keeps stakeholders informed, and communicates proactively to prevent issues from escalating.
β’ Proactive, able to navigate ambiguity, and focuses on providing solutions rather than merely presenting problems.
β’ High standards for performance, customer impact, and execution.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally within the designated region.
β’ Experience in Precision Agriculture or AgTech.
β’ Familiarity with digital agronomy tools, imagery, or data-driven platforms.
β’ CCA certification is preferred.
β’ Experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace is advantageous.
