Customer Success – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for a designated portfolio of clients.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, strategy discussions, and reporting primarily via Zoom.

• Convert client objectives into actionable project plans while establishing expectations for timelines and deliverables.

• Enhance retention, satisfaction, and renewals by highlighting successes and addressing any concerns.

• Plan, implement, and deliver multiple simultaneous client projects within scope and schedule.

• Utilize Basecamp for task organization, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports in Google Sheets and Docs.

• Oversee project budgets, monitor spending against scope, and identify profitability risks.

• Collaborate with leadership on project scoping, pricing inputs, and resource distribution.

• Coordinate internal team members and manage external vendors and contractors.

• Enhance operational delivery and standard operating procedures.

• Leverage technology and AI to improve outcomes, minimize manual efforts, and manage costs.

• Utilize proprietary software, AI-assisted tools, Ahrefs, and SEO/analytics platforms to implement and assess reputation management campaigns.

• Report directly to the Managing Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management in a client-facing capacity.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.

• Practical experience in managing project budgets and coordinating internal teams, contractors, or vendors.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable leading daily client meetings via Zoom.

• Highly organized, with strong follow-through capabilities and the ability to independently work in a fully remote environment.

• Must reside in Texas.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Available to work standard U.S. business hours.

• Capable of maintaining professionalism and non-judgmental interactions with clients.

• Preferred experience in online reputation management, public relations, digital marketing, SEO, or a similar agency setting.

• Familiarity with Ahrefs or comparable SEO/analytics tools is preferred.

• Exposure to Wikipedia editing standards or content/editorial workflows is preferred.

• Preferably familiar with Basecamp and Google Workspace.
