Customer Success Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversees designated projects with specific deadlines, including those aligned with current and upcoming product offerings.

• Develops detailed internal and client-facing project timelines and work plans, while actively participating in all pertinent meetings and actions necessary to complete assigned projects.

• Monitors project performance from initiation to deployment, ensuring that milestones are achieved and keeping internal stakeholders updated.

• Anticipates and proactively requests necessary resources to achieve objectives, managing resources efficiently and effectively.

• Plans and implements client-facing product transitions.

• Coordinates and executes new product launches and product deprecation in collaboration with the relevant ImageTrend stakeholders.

• Designs risk mitigation strategies for assigned client service projects.

• Enhances and streamlines processes and overall approaches for existing workflows.

• Acts as project manager for smaller products that do not require full-time oversight.

• Creates and maintains all necessary documentation for projects.

• Collaborates with Data Specialists to plan and coordinate large-scale projects related to data compliance and quality.

• Travels to orientations, industry or company events, or other on-site meetings as necessary.

• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Demonstrated experience in a technical client services role or a related position, preferably within a SaaS-based organization in the Fire, EMS, or healthcare sectors.

• Experience in project management, leading technical client implementation projects, or a similar role.

• A completed Project Management Certification is mandatory (PMP).

• Familiarity or experience with ImageTrend products and functionalities.

• Knowledge of or experience with technical documentation and writing.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven time management and organizational abilities, with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment and the agility to adapt to changing priorities to meet urgent deadlines.

• Capacity to translate plans into phased actions and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Quick learner of new technologies and proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including Office, CRM, and Project tools.

• Ability to handle proprietary and confidential information with discretion.

• A passion for learning and enhancing knowledge or skills.

• Strong work ethic characterized by integrity, honesty, collaboration, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs, up to 10%.
