
Customer Success Partner – Staffing Vertical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Increase revenue within strategic staffing-vertical accounts by promoting First Advantage products and solutions.
• Create and uphold strategic account plans.
• Determine strategic resource allocation to enhance enterprise adoption of First Advantage solutions.
• Sustain existing revenue streams within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, operations management, and technology teams to uphold service standards.
• Monitor revenue trends, sales prospects, and competitive challenges.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly revenue targets.
• Discover additional products and solutions for clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual client business assessments.
• Document and oversee client action and project plans.
• Analyze trends and suggest modifications to customer programs.
• Address business issues by examining root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay informed about customers' background screening and occupational health programs.
• Build and nurture customer relationships at all organizational levels.
• Provide internal leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to evaluate program performance.
• Oversee MSAs, Schedule As, Statements of Work, SLAs, and SOPs.
• Handle contract renewals and respond to RFP proposals.
• Create and present unsolicited renewal proposals.
• Manage customer monitoring and reporting initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated success in professional account management or sales account management.
• Experience overseeing complex solutions and products for strategic National or Global accounts.
• Experience in C-level relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management capabilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven networking abilities.
