This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive revenue growth within targeted named accounts by selling First Advantage products and solutions.
• Create and uphold strategic account plans while determining resource allocation to enhance enterprise engagement.
• Sustain revenue from existing accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, operations management, and technology teams to uphold service standards.
• Formulate sales account strategies that outline customer details, industry insights, risk history, revenue patterns, opportunities, and competitive challenges.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Discover additional products, solutions, and cross-functional resources to optimize revenue potential.
• Communicate First Advantage pricing, procedures, organizational structure, and benefits to clients.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and clearly articulate the advantages of First Advantage.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual business reviews to clients.
• Document and oversee action plans and project timelines.
• Analyze trends in customer programs and propose necessary adjustments.
• Take proactive measures to guarantee customer satisfaction and address business challenges through root-cause analysis.
• Maintain expertise in customers' background screening and/or occupational health programs, including configurations, pricing, procedures, and adjudication matrices.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels and provide internal leadership within a matrixed structure.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to evaluate program performance.
• Oversee contractual documentation, renewals, responses to RFPs, and unsolicited renewal proposals.
• Manage customer monitoring and reporting initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated experience and success in professional account management or sales account management.
• Experience in managing complex solutions and products for strategic national and/or global accounts.
• Proven experience in building relationships with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven networking skills, professional demeanor, and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel locally, interstate, and between cities as required for business purposes.
