This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist new publishers with onboarding and the technical and operational integration process with Paved.
• Provide education to partners regarding the platform, monetization opportunities, and best practices for placement.
• Facilitate a quick path to first revenue for publishers and eliminate activation barriers.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of publisher accounts, ranging from SMB to enterprise.
• Increase revenue by enhancing inventory, optimizing yield, and expanding placements and newsletters.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and offer actionable insights.
• Conduct commercial discussions, negotiations, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with high-priority partners.
• Resolve rendering, tracking, and delivery challenges in collaboration with Ad Operations and Engineering.
• Create documentation, best practices, and educational materials.
• Innovate and refine processes as the publisher base expands.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams.
• Meet team members and familiarize yourself with the publisher offerings during your first week.
• Transition into the current account portfolio and independently onboard publishers within the first month.
• Within six months, onboard five new newsletters with a potential revenue of $50,000, manage publisher accounts, and provide weekly reports on pipeline, activation, and revenue.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or publisher development, preferably in AdTech, media, or digital advertising.
• Strong preference for experience in email or newsletter advertising.
• Direct experience in onboarding publishers or partners onto a platform, including technical setup.
• Proven track record of expanding existing accounts.
• Experience with both SMB and enterprise accounts.
• Working knowledge of ad tech fundamentals: CPM, CPC, CPA, fill rate, RPM, and auction clearing.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
• Solid analytical skills for data interpretation, insight extraction, and strategic recommendation development.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience using CRMs.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and ad serving platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of email deliverability and Apple MPP/privacy changes is advantageous.
• Previous experience managing a revenue target connected to partner growth is beneficial.
