Customer Success Manager – FinTech, Financial Accounting, DATEV Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct demonstration calls while employing active listening skills to uncover the needs of clients in the e-commerce and SaaS industries.

• Create appropriate solutions tailored to customer requirements.

• Manage support tickets independently and deliver prompt, customer-oriented resolutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding and Automation teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of our solutions.

• Independently generate content such as blog articles, templates, and help documents.

• Assist in implementing the AI and content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in financial accounting or a solid comprehension of tax-related processes.

• Background in direct customer interaction, preferably in a SaaS context.

• Strong aptitude for identifying and comprehending customer needs.

• Capability to define, monitor, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Familiarity with Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or comparable systems.
