This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of the post-sale adoption strategy for designated federal accounts, encompassing adoption and enablement roadmaps, value delivery plans, and success milestones.
• Facilitate measurable value realization by defining mission outcomes, monitoring progress, pinpointing adoption gaps, and linking UiPath usage to operational results.
• Conduct regular customer governance, which includes weekly status updates, monthly program reviews, and Executive Business Reviews / Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Establish and sustain account-level visibility into delivery milestones, achievements, risks, upcoming activities, and dependencies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and program leaders.
• Coordinate end-to-end adoption delivery across both internal and external workstreams.
• Collaborate with TAMs and technical teams on platform health, technical roadmaps, maturity assessments, testing considerations, and technical workshops.
• Navigate intricate federal environments, addressing legacy system constraints, stakeholder dependencies, network access issues, security considerations, deployment obstacles, and change management.
• Assist customers in identifying and formalizing automation, AI, and agentic opportunities through discovery sessions, workshops, and current-footprint analysis.
• Serve as the customer advocate within UiPath by highlighting needs, product feedback, risks, and adoption challenges.
• Proactively identify and address issues by coordinating with customer stakeholders and UiPath teams.
• Share best practices that empower customers to be more self-sufficient in operating, governing, and scaling UiPath automation programs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, Product teams, partners, and customer teams to transform automation strategy into deployed value in secure federal environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with federal, public sector, defense, or intelligence clients.
• Proven experience in customer-facing consultative roles.
• Demonstrated capability in managing post-sale customer relationships, promoting adoption, and steering customers towards measurable business or mission value.
• Strong skills in program orchestration, including managing milestones, risks, dependencies, executive updates, and cross-functional workflows.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical complexities into clear business and mission impacts.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proactive and delivery-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Capacity to excel in UiPath's dynamic customer success model.
• Preferred: Prior experience deploying UiPath automations in a federal context.
• Preferred: Experience with legacy system integrations, network access, test environments, security reviews, accreditation constraints, or production deployment challenges.
• Preferred: Familiarity with UiPath products, automation lifecycle practices, agentic automation, AI-enabled workflows, or RPA program operations.
• Preferred: Understanding of software engineering, systems integration, technical deployment, DevOps, automation development, or solution engineering.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with federal system integrators or consulting partners.
• Preferred: Experience supporting executive business reviews, value scorecards, adoption strategies, renewal motions, or expansion strategies.
