Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for the overall performance of the team.

• Gather feedback and suggestions from direct reports and collaborate with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives.

• Make decisions regarding hiring, manage the team's schedule, and handle payroll processing.

• Identify and develop promising talent within the team.

• Ensure all team members receive comprehensive training and remain updated on company initiatives.

• Train a group of trainers to support new hire and ad hoc training sessions.

• Implement Performance Improvement Plans when needed to help the team meet performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance is required.

• No prior experience is necessary.

• Graduate coursework in Insurance risk management and Operational risk management is mandatory.
