This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for designated health system and oncology practice clients
β’ Build reliable partnerships with executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
β’ Enhance customer adoption through proactive involvement, workflow improvement, and best practice suggestions
β’ Track customer health metrics, usage, and success benchmarks to ensure long-term retention
β’ Facilitate executive business reviews and convey measurable value, ROI, and strategic advice
β’ Proactively identify customer risks and coordinate internal resources for effective resolution
β’ Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to represent customer needs
β’ Collect customer feedback and convert insights into opportunities for product improvements
β’ Spot expansion possibilities within current accounts while aiding renewals and fostering long-term growth
β’ Create strategic success plans with quantifiable objectives for each customer
β’ Represent the organization at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; a clinical degree is preferred (RN, Radiation Therapist, Medical Dosimetrist, Medical Physicist, or a related healthcare field)
β’ Over 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Clinical Consulting, Healthcare IT, or Client Services
β’ Experience in supporting enterprise healthcare software, SaaS platforms, clinical applications, or healthcare technology solutions
β’ A strong understanding of oncology or intricate healthcare workflows is highly desirable
β’ Proven success in managing executive-level customer relationships within hospitals, health systems, or physician organizations
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
β’ Established capability to handle multiple enterprise customer engagements concurrently
β’ Experience in interpreting customer utilization metrics and implementing adoption strategies
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, clinical, product, and technical divisions
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 40%
β’ Preferred experience with oncology software, oncology operations, radiation oncology, or cancer center settings
β’ Preferred experience in clinical workflow optimization or healthcare consulting
β’ Preferred experience with enterprise SaaS customer success methodologies
β’ Preferred experience with EHR integration and healthcare interoperability
