Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and collaborate with sales to finalize pilot programs as a subject matter expert.

• Oversee and nurture a portfolio of clients.

• Deliver initial support and communicate customer feedback to the product team.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and tailor the Asset Platform to fulfill client requirements.

• Lead sessions for end-users to showcase how to effectively utilize the tool.

• Ensure clients are fully engaged and connected with appropriate stakeholders.

• Assist clients in promoting the Asset Platform within their organizations.

• Organize quarterly account status meetings to mitigate churn.

• Share client insights and feature suggestions with the product team.

• Manage all client inquiries through phone, email, or video conferencing.

• Report directly to one of the co-founders located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

• Proficient in business English.

• Demonstrate proactivity.

• Have a foundational understanding of business concepts.

• Be self-motivated and capable of excelling in a results-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, and communication is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Experience in similar SaaS Customer Success roles is advantageous.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems is a plus.

• Strong academic performance is a plus.
