Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead and drive the implementation, utilization, adoption, retention, and growth for Canadian public sector and commercial clients.

• Act as a liaison between customers and Skydio’s technical teams.

• Work autonomously and contribute to shaping the Canadian go-to-market and customer success strategy.

• Develop scalable processes for customer onboarding, account management, and post-sales success.

• Monitor and manage implementation projects with large enterprise clients.

• Ensure the successful delivery of technology, services, and program results.

• Foster customer relationships and loyalty through proactive engagement, regular follow-ups, and business reviews.

• Gather product feedback and communicate insights to executives to influence the product roadmap.

• Oversee approximately 20 accounts, facilitating adoption, expansions, and renewals.

• Engage directly with customers through proactive, metrics-driven interactions.

• Collaborate with customers and the Sales team to promote growth and identify sector-specific barriers to expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge or prior experience supporting clients in public sectors (public safety, transportation) or commercial sectors (utilities, oil & gas, AEC).

• Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling new programs and technologies.

• Experience in promoting the adoption of hardware and software solutions.

• Proficient in interfacing with technical teams to meet customer deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong emphasis on project management tools and principles.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

• Must be able to work and reside in Canada.

• Capability to obtain a Pilot Certificate – Advanced Operations.

• Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related software development/deployment is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Fluency in French is preferred but not essential.
