This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio of key customer accounts in the construction and data center industries.
β’ Oversee the overall health of accounts and manage the enterprise relationship to ensure long-term success for each account.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with executive sponsors, corporate security directors, and operations leadership.
β’ Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.
β’ Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
β’ Guide customers through onboarding and ensure the seamless implementation of access control systems.
β’ Monitor customer health metrics and proactively tackle potential issues.
β’ Provide ongoing training and support to enhance product adoption and return on investment (ROI).
β’ Work closely with technical teams to address complex customer challenges.
β’ Collect customer feedback and relay product enhancement requests to internal teams.
β’ Create case studies and success stories to bolster sales efforts.
β’ Participate in industry events and trade shows.
β’ Travel to customer locations for relationship building, training, and executive engagement, up to 25% of the time.
β’ Keep precise CRM records and account status updates.
β’ Prepare reports on account performance and growth prospects.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
β’ Contribute to initiatives aimed at customer retention and satisfaction.
β’ 2β3 years of experience in managing B2B customer relationships.
β’ Demonstrated success in handling multiple accounts and enhancing customer satisfaction.
β’ Background in account management, customer onboarding, or business development roles.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to addressing customer needs.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems and customer success platforms.
β’ Ability to convert technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous (experience may be accepted in place of a degree).
β’ Prior experience in the data center or physical security sectors is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
