This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advocate for customer-focused solutions and results.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, sales, and support teams to comprehend customer needs and amplify the value derived from Aidoc solutions.
• Illustrate the influence of AI enterprise solutions on the strategic objectives and operations of customers.
• Act as the customer's representative and trusted advisor.
• Proactively nurture and expand customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders.
• Facilitate conversations with customers, including physicians from renowned medical institutions.
• Grasp customer challenges and workflows to enhance the application of AI within their departments.
• Outline next steps and coordinate implementation with research and development teams.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.
• Propel product improvements across Product, Data, and AI teams by advocating for the customer perspective.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of solutions, anticipated performance, and user interface.
• Conduct data analysis and storytelling, draw insights, and present findings to clients.
• Initiate and assist in executing research initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or any quantitative discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Over 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer-Facing Analytics, Project Management, or related fields.
• Prior experience in a SaaS high-tech/startup environment with an agile mindset is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics is advantageous.
• Previous exposure to medical imaging and working with radiologists is beneficial.
• Research experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship building, and guiding customers toward success, ideally at the executive level.
• Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• A critical thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and lead discussions with the technical team in a rapidly evolving startup landscape.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in the PST time zone.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
