Customer Success Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily client relationships

• Lead the onboarding process and training for new clients to guarantee seamless implementation and long-term usage

• Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering trust, understanding their requirements, and documenting their feedback

• Identify growth and upselling prospects to relay to the sales team

• Work in partnership with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance client retention throughout their journey

• Log client interactions, follow-ups, and sales leads within the CRM system

• Assist with product demonstrations and presentations conducted by the business development team

• Engage in research and attend industry events and webinars

• Contribute to Fundica’s expansion in the United States and Canada by ensuring client satisfaction and swiftly identifying opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from a post-secondary institution

• Under 30 years of age

• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

• Participating in the Youth Employment Program for the first time

• Driven and proactive early-career professional

• Capable of leading the onboarding and training process for new clients

• Able to serve as the main contact for clients, build trust, understand their needs, and document their feedback

• Proficient in identifying growth and upselling opportunities for the sales team

• Experience in collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams

• Familiarity with using a CRM to track client activities, follow-ups, and sales leads

• Competent in supporting product demonstrations and presentations

• Availability to work from the downtown Montreal office
