Customer Success Consultant – GIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and provide technical content, which includes blogs, webinars, product announcements, and customer communications.

• Organize and deliver technical presentations at conferences, customer events, and webinars.

• Convey new ArcGIS features, products, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Marketing and technical teams to produce precise and engaging content that aligns with broader business goals.

• Manage specific product communication initiatives from the planning stage to execution.

• Stay informed about ArcGIS advancements and disseminate technical knowledge throughout the organization.

• Provide support and mentorship to colleagues, including recent graduates, as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience with ArcGIS and a solid understanding of its features and applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Confidence in delivering presentations and interacting with clients.

• Proven experience in creating technical content or simplifying complex information for various audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle competing priorities and work autonomously.

• A collaborative mindset, with effective relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

• An understanding of how GIS technology can provide tangible business benefits.

• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.

• A degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent experience and technical qualifications will also be taken into account.
