This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver assistance in a straightforward, clear, and informative manner

• Comprehend users' requirements through attentive listening

• Address concerns and follow up on inquiries received

• Assist and provide support to professional audiences and users of digital platforms

• Record tickets in service management systems, CRMs, or similar tools

• Collaborate with various departments and teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Communications, Technology, Customer Experience, or related disciplines

• Previous experience in customer service, user support, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Service Desk, or similar fields

• Experience serving professional audiences and/or users of digital platforms

• Familiarity with healthcare products/services, providers, clinics, or hospitals is an advantage

• Knowledge of service systems, ticketing, CRMs, or similar tools is a plus

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Active listening skills and the capacity to grasp user needs

• Empathy and strong interpersonal abilities

• Proficient problem-solving skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Strong analytical reasoning capabilities

• Comfort with using and learning digital systems and platforms

• Proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability for assigned tasks

• Ability to engage effectively with diverse departments and teams
