Customer Specialist, Danish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address issues and foster positive customer interactions.

• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain quality standards.

• Record and update customer communications in appropriate systems.

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance service delivery.

• Serve as a Danish Customer Advisor for a global fashion brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Danish.

• Competent in English, with a minimum of B2 proficiency.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Possess a problem-solving attitude and a proactive mindset.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and juggling multiple tools.

• Availability to work on a shift basis.

• EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases evaluated by legal).

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Must reside in a country within the European Union.
