This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to pinpoint and qualify sales opportunities based on projects.
• Leverage online bidding resources and market data to identify potential conversion chances.
• Assess opportunities presented by distributors and contractors.
• Create project-specific action plans to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Provide support from the initial qualification stage through to execution.
• Ensure accurate project details are maintained within the CRM system.
• Coordinate project activities with drafting, engineering, and internal support teams.
• Track project status, likelihood, timelines, and expected shipment dates.
• Review technical deliverables, drawings, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and assist in budgetary and formal quotations.
• Guarantee that customers and sales partners receive timely and precise project information and technical deliverables.
• Analyze civil construction plans and specifications to grasp project requirements.
• Work alongside engineering teams to offer project recommendations and technical insights.
• Serve as a liaison among customers, sales personnel, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with distributors, contractors, engineering firms, consultants, regulators, and other project collaborators.
• Promote collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, and project management teams.
• Maintain databases for competitor and market intelligence.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Offer ideas that enhance customer experience and support business growth.
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally in commercial construction, civil construction, manufacturing, project coordination, estimating, customer solutions, or inside sales settings.
• Experience in supporting project-based work from opportunity identification to project completion.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to effectively work in a remote setting while supporting teams operating in Pacific and Mountain Time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience (preferred).
• Experience in civil construction, estimating, engineering, project coordination, or construction management (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking tools (preferred).
• Understanding of project quoting, construction bidding processes, and technical sales support (preferred).
