This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all post-sales activities for an expanding portfolio of clients through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of customer goals and objectives to become a trusted advisor in value-based contracting, create strategic plans to fulfill customer needs, scope and sell new Accorded software and service offerings, and advocate for the customer's voice internally to ensure Accorded provides products and services that align with customer requirements.
• Enhance customer satisfaction, return on investment, and engagement within the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Accorded's product and actuarial teams to devise data-driven solutions that address customer needs, linking outcomes to customers' core priorities and objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence and shape Accorded's product strategy and roadmap, facilitate operational and process enhancements to meet emerging customer demands, and prioritize requests for product feedback.
• Assist with sales and go-to-market initiatives as required.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the utilization of Accorded products to facilitate customer onboarding, adoption, and engagement, in coordination with Product and Engineering, and contribute to Accorded's go-to-market strategy.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare providers, payers, and/or life sciences, with a solid grasp of fundamental healthcare finance concepts (e.g., PMPM, trend).
• Previous experience in Value-Based Care is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing healthcare consulting, professional services, or customer solutions (experience with a SaaS company managing healthcare utilization data is highly preferred).
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong project management experience.
• Proficient in data-driven storytelling.
• Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable, excelling in ambiguous, rapidly changing, high-pressure situations, with the capability to handle multiple roles.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
