Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage bookings, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and notes through reservation systems.

• Implement company policies when handling bookings.

• Deliver exceptional guest service to both guests and clients via phone, email, and website chat.

• Serve as the main contact agent for inquiries related to service.

• Make attempts to upsell or enhance value on current bookings.

• Provide backup for sales calls during high call volume periods.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Windstar products.

• Inform supervisors of issues and propose solutions.

• Troubleshoot MyWindstar and associated external Windstar systems.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in AR, AZ, FL, LA, MN, TX, or WI.

• Must have access to a hard-wired internet connection.

• Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently in both written and verbal forms.

• Skill in organizing and managing multiple tasks at once.

• Self-motivated individual with strong task management abilities.

• Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

• Availability to work during weekends and evening shifts.
