Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support related to sales, promotional activities, installations, and communications.

• Foster strong customer relationships.

• Address customer claims and complaints in a fair, effective manner, adhering to consumer legislation.

• Create organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

• Formulate improvement strategies based on customer feedback from surveys.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge gained through practical experience, specialized education, or training.

• Fundamental understanding of work processes and procedures within the specific discipline.

• Capability to adhere to clearly defined technical procedures, tasks, and decision-making criteria.

• Preferred working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST, with shift options available between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM CST.
