Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service experience

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online chat

• Assist with password resets and account creation

• Upload necessary documents and address general inquiries

• Support customers in managing their accounts effectively

• Verify coverage eligibility and evaluate healthcare options

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues promptly

• Develop innovative solutions to consumer challenges

• Stay updated on company offerings, products, and policies

• Adapt to evolving project and program updates

• Consistently embody corporate values

• Interpret and adhere to established procedures and policies

• Enter customer details into a database

• Carry out various assigned administrative tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Skills in customer service, call center operations, inbound calls, healthcare, insurance, customer support, and Microsoft Office

• Preferred experience in high-level customer service and call centers; professional background in retail or food service is also acceptable

• Significant experience in food service or retail is required

• Recent employment history with no significant gaps

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment while working remotely

• Completion of the Internet Familiarization Assessment is mandatory

• Must understand and adhere to workflow processes, policies, and procedures

• Capable of providing comprehensive responses to specific inquiries

• Must exhibit productivity, professionalism, and a commitment to assisting others

• Required to pass necessary exams for advancement through training and certifications

• Compliance with regulated communication guidelines is essential

• Candidates must not reside in Washington, Washington DC, California, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii
