Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver third-tier customer support for escalated service inquiries.

• Address inbound calls and email requests, and make outbound calls to resolve intricate issues.

• Manage incoming sales inquiries regarding company services and pricing.

• Prepare quotes for new clients and adjust pricing and services for current customers.

• Handle retention inquiries and discuss available pricing and service options.

• Act as a primary resource for colleagues on customer-related issues.

• Address escalations related to service modifications, billing, and equipment matters.

• Respond to internal and external calls, emails, and faxes, clearly articulating resolutions.

• Document customer support interactions in company systems.

• Input service and routing data for billing and scheduling purposes.

• Uphold quality, productivity, and efficiency standards.

• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in handling inbound sales inquiries, upselling, and securing new business opportunities.

• Background in the waste or service industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or high-volume sales setting.

• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

• Availability to work a 40-hour week between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

• Capability to work from home with a wired internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.

• Internet specifications: Ping/Latency of 100ms or less; Download speed of 50MBPS; Upload speed of 10MBPS; 0% packet loss.

• Mobile hotspots, tethering, or Satellite ISP services are not permissible.

• Must be on video during internal meetings and training sessions.
