This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for Luminare Health.
• Address customer concerns across various scenarios and achieve prompt resolutions.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries with accuracy while navigating multiple systems/screens during phone communication.
• Adhere to oral, written, and diagrammatic instructions.
• Acquire knowledge of and utilize proprietary systems along with various platform systems.
• Proficiently use MS Excel and Word.
• Operate in a dynamic, high-demand, structured, service-oriented environment.
• Engage in a culture that promotes collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service experience is necessary.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, structured service-oriented environment.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively address issues in diverse situations and reach timely resolutions.
• Strong reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in quickly and accurately resolving customer issues while navigating multiple systems/screens on the phone.
• Capacity to follow oral, written, or diagrammatic instructions with common sense understanding.
• Flexible and open to ongoing process enhancements.
• Willingness to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various platforms, and effectively utilize MS Excel/Word.
• A private, dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
• Secure and consistently reliable high-speed Internet with the ability to connect via Ethernet cable.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced call center is preferred.
• Experience with Self-Funded Insurance/Benefits and/or TPA is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical procedure and diagnosis coding is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of Summary Plan Documents (SPDs)/Insurance Booklets or other benefit descriptive tools is preferred.
• Experience in a performance-measured environment with quality metrics is preferred.
