Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from dentists, dental offices, and dental laboratories.

• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

• Accurately input orders for merchandise and small equipment.

• Process credit card payments efficiently.

• Address customer inquiries and provide answers to their questions.

• Manage and respond to both external and internal customer inquiries, issues, and orders.

• Resolve customer issues and challenges effectively.

• Handle repair-related phone calls and prepare repair estimates.

• Complete follow-up tasks with customers and manufacturers.

• Maintain organized repair files and databases.

• Process factory invoices for billing purposes.

• Respond to inquiries about parts orders and resolve any parts-related issues.

• Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians as needed.

• Provide support for National/large Group Accounts and Sales Representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must reside within one hour of Reno, Nevada.

• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

• Proficient computer and telephone skills are essential.

• Great attention to detail, cooperation, and dependability are required.

• Minimum internet speed of 5mbps (5,000 kbps) is necessary.

• Connection must be via Ethernet Cable (Wi-Fi should be avoided).

• Ensure that no one else is using or sharing the same bandwidth connection during calls.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–5:30PM Pacific Standard Time is required.
