Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for learners via email or in person.

• Offer guidance on course selection and assist participants with any inquiries.

• Ensure learner satisfaction through effective, friendly, and solution-focused support.

• Manage administrative tasks and help maintain seamless daily operations.

• Assist in establishing and growing the business presence in India.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

• No prior professional experience necessary.

• Strong commitment to service and a genuine passion for engaging with adult learners.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of German is an advantage.

• Confident and professional communication skills via email, phone, or face-to-face.

• Proficient in PC and MS Office applications.

• Available from Monday to Saturday.
