Customer Service Professional – Multiple Client Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls

• Assist clients with inquiries and account-related needs

• Handle service requests or transactions

• Organize roadside assistance or other service aid

• Offer scheduling or reservation assistance

• Accurately document interactions with customers

• Navigate various computer systems

• Provide professional, solution-oriented support

• Deliver customer service for nationally recognized brands through available client programs

• Identify service opportunities based on qualifications, location, availability, and current program openings

• A high school diploma or GED is required

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Basic proficiency in computer usage and typing

• Capability to navigate multiple applications

• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated work habits

• Ability to work independently

• A quiet workspace free from distractions

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be necessary depending on the chosen client program

• Background checks or other client requirements may be applicable

• Eligibility is contingent upon state, client, equipment, and program specifications
