Customer Service Operator – Commercial Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Sales experience is advantageous

• Availability for a 6-on, 1-off work schedule (Monday to Saturday)

• Commitment of 6 hours and 20 minutes each day

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps

• Wired network connection required for desktop use

• Proficient in customer service techniques

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Active listening and assessment of customer needs

• Strong time management and task prioritization abilities

• Capability to collaborate within a team and devise innovative solutions
