Customer Service Consultant, German C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Namibia.

• Provide assistance to airline passengers globally with inquiries related to flights

• Investigate and comprehend airline regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at C1 level (Required)

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English

• Valid Namibian citizenship, permanent residence, or domicile status

• High level of computer literacy and typing proficiency

• Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to provide exceptional service

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment

• Ability to work independently while managing customer interactions professionally

• Option 1: Grade 12 qualification accompanied by 6–12 months of relevant experience

• Completed NQF Level 4 / Grade 12

• 6–12 months of experience in customer service and/or call centre roles

• Option 2: NQF Level 3 qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience

• Completed NQF Level 3

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service and/or call centre positions

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline is preferable
