Customer Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Engage with incoming customers both online and via phone to assess their vehicle purchasing requirements.

• Utilize knowledge of CarMax's inventory to assist customers in finding appropriate vehicles.

• Support customers throughout the online sales or appraisal process, including financing applications and scheduling vehicle deliveries.

• Ensure a smooth transition from online purchasing to in-store experiences.

• Meet sales objectives while delivering an exceptional customer journey.

• Provide mentorship to others as your skills progress.

• Obtain the Automotive Sales Persons License in designated states.

• Preferred experience in sales and customer service, particularly in retail.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic sales environment.

• Strong listening abilities and a customer-centric approach.

• High self-motivation to reach performance targets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to learn and master new technologies effectively.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Flexible availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Willingness to adjust schedules biannually based on business requirements.

• Residency within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location is mandatory.

• Must obtain the Automotive Sales Persons License in certain states; testing and travel may be necessary.
