This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Handle and resolve both inbound and outbound customer service calls

• Provide outstanding service with each interaction

• Record customer details and outcomes of calls

• Follow up to confirm issue resolution

• Achieve key performance metrics

• Assist with customer care for prominent national brands

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Strong phone communication and typing abilities

• Proficient in navigating software and managing multiple tasks

• Reliable home workspace with stable internet connection

• Windows 11 PC with a minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 GB RAM preferred)

• No Apple or Chromebook devices permitted

• USB headset and wired internet connection needed to begin
