Customer Service Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct video conferencing sessions for the issuance and renewal of digital certificates.

• Review and verify documents in compliance with ICP-Brasil regulations.

• Gather biometric data for the issuance of certificates.

• Assist customers in utilizing and installing A1 and A3 digital certificates.

• Arrange appointments, confirm details, and address customer inquiries.

• Operate the certification authority's systems for certificate issuance, renewal, and management.

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of information throughout the customer service process.

• Provide support to the customer service department with additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in digital certification, specifically in certificate issuance, renewal, and customer service.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Competence in Microsoft Office.

• Skills in internet browsing.

• Experience with email and telephone systems.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

• A suitable, quiet, and private environment for conducting video conference appointments.

• Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital certification is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the digital certification industry is preferred.

• Experience as a Registration Agent is preferred.

• Interest in information security topics is preferred.
