Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and chats

• Assisting with invoices, payments, and rate adjustments

• Addressing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Fostering customer retention and building sustainable client relationships

• Processing relocations and updating information

• Assisting customers with inquiries about invoices, contracts, and customer data via phone, chat, or email

⛳️ Requirements

• Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)

• Experience with MS Office & CRM systems

• Strong communication skills

• Logical, analytical, and proactive

• Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn

• Team player with flexibility and sales talent
