Customer Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collect customer feedback and deliver technical troubleshooting to assist in resolving customer issues.

• Initiate and assess product complaints, including conducting root cause analysis.

• Prepare and file medical device vigilance and regulatory reports with relevant authorities.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of complaint files, quality records, and supporting documentation.

• Identify potential trends in product or quality and escalate findings for further assessment.

• Work collaboratively with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Clinical, and other teams to enhance compliance and continuous improvement.

• Assist in Customer Quality activities related to Neuromodulation therapies, including handling complaints, conducting investigations, regulatory reporting, and providing technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative approach with a desire to learn, develop, and work within international teams.

• Interest in healthcare, medical technology, quality, or regulated sectors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience through internships, academic projects, or prior exposure to engineering, quality, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is a plus.
