Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of intricate end-to-end implementations in patient monitoring, therapeutic care, IT, and capital equipment.

• Organize, guide, and inspire cross-functional teams including internal and external sales, clinical, and technical personnel.

• Collaborate with project managers assigned by hospitals and key stakeholders.

• Formulate and oversee comprehensive project plans utilizing Philips project management methodologies and tools.

• Develop and uphold detailed work breakdown structures that outline project scope, deliverables, and timelines for execution.

• Lead planning efforts for change management, risk assessment, communication, stakeholder engagement, and resource management.

• Guarantee that projects are executed in accordance with the statement of work.

• Facilitate successful implementations while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT project management, preferably within a healthcare setting.

• Project management and/or Lean certifications are advantageous.

• At least 4 years of experience with MS Project, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and other standard project management tools and documentation.

• A bachelor's degree in a clinical field, computer science, information technology, project management, or a related area, or 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Capability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to influence a diverse array of project stakeholders through effective leadership.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Authorization to work in the US is required; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

• Must live in or be within commuting distance to the west zone.
