Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop project plans and necessary phases for implementing contracted products and services in collaboration with the client.

• Ensure adherence to the agreed scope and prepare proposals for additional functionalities or services.

• Coordinate the execution of implementation projects and communicate their progress to internal teams.

• Apply and keep updated the implementation processes and documentation for the EMEA / ANZ regions.

• Analyze client needs and requirements, directing them to the appropriate teams.

• Estimate, monitor, and communicate costs, timelines, and project progress.

• Serve as a functional specialist and reference point for assigned products and services.

• Configure systems according to each client's requirements.

• Plan and conduct training sessions.

• Advise on testing strategy and approach, and support software testing.

• Accompany, guide, and contribute to the professional development of Implementers and other roles involved in the country.

• Manage functional or technical support requests associated with the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Native Spanish speaker or equivalent proficiency, both oral and written.

• Very high level of spoken and written English.

• Proven experience in the successful implementation and management of client projects.

• Results-oriented, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working within a national or international organization and with distributed teams.

• At least three years of experience in implementing new functionalities, products, or services for clients.

• Ability to work autonomously, in an organized and collaborative manner in a 100% remote environment from Spain.

• Knowledge of the library sector and applications used in that domain will be valued.

• Ability to diagnose issues, including networks and IP protocols, remote access tools, and connection services will be valued.

• Experience with AI applications will be valued.

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or another equivalent project management certification will be valued.

• University education in Information and Documentation, Library Science, Library Management, or a related field will be valued.

• Knowledge of Catalan, Italian, or French will be valued.

• Familiarity with Basecamp or Zendesk will be valued.
