Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of Insider One to clients, aligning client requirements with the company’s technology.

• Assist clients in identifying their needs and connecting them with appropriate features and products.

• Ensure clients are fully utilizing Insider One’s technology to its fullest potential.

• Track and encourage customer adoption.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, developers, and product specialists to deliver technical assistance.

• Create and sustain key account plans, identifying opportunities to enhance client value.

• Provide insights on market trends, unmet needs, and potential partnership opportunities.

• Build trusted-adviser relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Develop strategies to assist customers in achieving their objectives and manage the resolution of escalated issues.

• Contribute innovative product ideas to shape the product roadmap.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, project management, or strategic consulting.

• Capability to collaborate and establish strong relationships with customers, particularly at the executive level.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Enthusiastic phone skills and exceptional listening abilities.

• Self-driven and proficient with technology.

• Exceptional project and time management capabilities.

• A strong commitment to testing, measuring, and enhancing outreach and follow-up effectiveness.

• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proficient communication skills in both English and German.
