This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily operational execution of Walmart’s business, serving as the main supply chain partner and point of contact for retailer replenishment and operations teams.
• Cultivate relationships through regular business reviews and operational meetings aimed at enhancing service levels, inventory health, and overall supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with Sales on new product launches, promotional events, assortment modifications, modular resets, and seasonal initiatives.
• Oversee purchase orders, replenishment, and inventory flow to guarantee timely fulfillment and robust in-stock performance.
• Track and optimize In Stock %, OTIF, Fill Rate, Weeks of Supply, Inventory Health, GMROII, and Forecast Accuracy.
• Examine retailer and internal supply chain data, identify risks and trends, and formulate action plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to enhance forecast accuracy, inventory availability, and replenishment execution.
• Convert customer needs into actionable plans and ensure alignment among internal teams.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations.
• Foster accountability for the prompt resolution of operational issues and the successful execution of business initiatives.
• Enhance reporting, streamline processes, and boost visibility across Walmart’s supply chain operations.
• Create and implement scalable reporting, tools, and process improvements to heighten efficiency, lower costs, and strengthen retailer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer operations, supply chain, logistics, or retailer-facing operations within a CPG or consumer products setting.
• Experience in supporting large national retailers in customer operations, replenishment, order management, customer supply chain, or sales operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail replenishment, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain execution.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Proven track record of driving projects, enhancing processes, and achieving results.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, and retailer reporting tools is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
