📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication among Customer Experience, Product Management, Marketing, and customers.

• Systematize product knowledge, customer feedback, and communications directed at customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Collaborate to synchronize the CX and Product Management teams by organizing customer feedback, product inquiries, and feature requests.

• Compose and revise customer communications via Intercom, email, in-app messaging, and help-center content.

• Assist in the creation of product marketing materials, including product updates, FAQs, release notes, and customer education resources.

• Detect common customer inquiries and knowledge gaps, proposing enhancements for communication and product adoption.

• Sustain shared knowledge resources and deliver clear summaries of customer insights to internal teams.
