Customer Manager – Automotive, Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with clients in the Automotive & Manufacturing sectors.

• Comprehend clients’ business challenges, strategic goals, and aspirations for transformation.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders within customer organizations.

• Collaborate closely with consulting and solution teams to co-develop solutions that deliver significant business value.

• Align customer requirements with capabilities in Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, and Enterprise Solutions.

• Identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities within both existing and potential customer accounts.

• Balance the creation of customer value with commercial insights to build sustainable partnerships.

• Represent Tieto Tech Consulting in customer interactions, industry events, and professional networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT consulting, technology services, or digital transformation in a client-facing capacity.

• Proven track record of working with clients to understand their business challenges and translating these into meaningful opportunities and solutions.

• Strong knowledge of the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industries.

• Customer-centric approach combined with sound commercial acumen.

• Proficient in assembling the right experts to address complex customer challenges and generate lasting value.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and the ambition to transform customer challenges into successful partnerships.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
