Customer Management Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding active financing agreements and insurance policies.

• Collaborate with borrowers to create appropriate solutions for repayment difficulties.

• Address customer inquiries through email, chat, mail, and phone.

• Address customer issues effectively, dependably, and with a strong focus on service.

• Communicate with external service providers related to receivables management.

• Ensure seamless information flow with external partners.

• Work in close partnership with both upstream and downstream specialized departments.

• Efficiently direct and handle customer inquiries.

• Advocate for customer interests within the organization.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and decisions from the customer's viewpoint.

• Completed vocational training in commerce or a business-related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in receivables management, customer service, or banking.

• Enjoy engaging with people and exhibit a strong customer-centric approach.

• High degree of commitment, motivation, and dependability.

• Comfortable with digital platforms and online environments.

• Excellent communication skills and a sense of empathy.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.
