Customer Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish connections between Watershed and client systems, configuring Watershed to align with client objectives.

• Develop and sustain data pipelines and API integrations.

• Create scripts to manage and establish data connections to Watershed.

• Conduct data analysis on intricate data sets utilizing Watershed’s reporting platform.

• Design dashboards and reports that enable clients to comprehend and leverage their data.

• Advise clients on their objectives and disseminate best practices.

• Assist clients in constructing learning data ecosystems.

• Offer technical support and resolve issues in collaboration with the technology team.

• Advocate for product modifications based on client requirements.

• Streamline repetitive technical workflows through automation.

• Create automation and deployment workflows utilizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

• Occasionally update Watershed’s core product.

• Represent the company and its offerings publicly, fostering relationships with clients and industry partners while identifying expansion opportunities.

• Educate clients on the effective use of Watershed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on programming experience, preferably with Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, and software automation tools.

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role involving the implementation of SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools.

• Proven track record in building and maintaining data pipelines and system integrations.

• Ability to comprehend client challenges and convert them into actionable technical solutions.

• Familiarity with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON is advantageous.

• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• A robust sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.

• Adaptability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Capacity to work autonomously while being an essential part of a team.

• Proficient in SQL and MySQL databases.

• Experience in Python and Java development.

• Knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD automation.

• Familiarity with corporate learning ecosystems is a plus, but not mandatory.
