Customer Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate growth within designated customer segments and partner channels

• Establish and nurture referral and partner relationships

• Oversee the adoption and utilization of Opteon’s client and partner portals

• Collect customer feedback and pinpoint opportunities to enhance the customer experience

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to prioritize and implement customer enhancements

• Assist Customer Success and Relationship Management teams with platform and integration opportunities

• Generate reports and insights on customer engagement, adoption, and growth initiatives

• Propel growth, enhance customer experiences, and facilitate the success of client and partner platforms

• Contribute to revenue growth within targeted customer segments

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in customer success, customer experience, account management, partnerships, or a similar field

• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities

• Proficient in working with data and reporting to uncover trends and opportunities

• A keen interest in digital customer experiences and platform adoption

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools, with HubSpot being highly valued

• Experience in property, valuation, or lending is not mandatory
