Customer Experience Technical Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance for hosting and associated services via tickets, chat, and phone.

• Monitor infrastructure on a partial basis.

• Guide and mentor HelpDesk agents.

• Notify HelpDesk about widespread issues and keep them informed.

• Elevate tickets to the Infrastructure team.

• Report bugs to the Development team.

• Alert the infrastructure department and management about potential infrastructure incidents.

• Manage cross-sales and upsales.

• Provide customer insights to management to enhance products, services, and customer satisfaction.

• Advise clients on developing their services.

• Assist the Migration Department with migration tasks.

• Participate in the development of services.

• Occasionally perform tasks beyond basic responsibilities to support the company's primary goals and personal growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating system environments.

• Proficient in web and database servers, including Apache, MySQL, and MSSQL.

• Familiarity with mail services, such as Postfix, Dovecot, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, and Sieve.

• Expertise in Plesk or cPanel.

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and Joomla.

• Good knowledge of Node.js, Ruby on Rails, CDN, virtualization, and related technologies.

• Experience with monitoring systems such as Nagios and Prometheus is advantageous.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
