This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the customer-proof infrastructure that supports Dropbox’s managed sales initiatives.
• Establish the creative and editorial standards for customer stories and oversee agency partners involved in the production.
• Identify advocates, coordinate outreach with account teams, manage consent and approvals, record participation preferences, and mitigate customer fatigue.
• Maintain the taxonomy of evidence, ensuring freshness, discoverability, and an asset library that includes case studies, ROI studies, video testimonials, peer/G2 reviews, customer voice, and competitive proof.
• Oversee the sales content library within Highspot, Deeto, or similar platforms; organize assets by deal stage, customer profile, vertical, and product; enforce freshness standards; and pinpoint content gaps.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions between Sales and Marketing to understand seller requirements and prioritize new evidence.
• Ensure that proof is delivered to the appropriate seller at the correct deal stage and monitor utilization by account executive and deal stage.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish Salesforce campaign attribution and reporting that measures impact on pipeline, win rate, and sales-cycle velocity.
• Provide monthly reports to Sales and Marketing, while maintaining a rolling pipeline of customers at each stage of evidence development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Campaign Enablement, and product teams across all Dropbox products, including AI functionalities, multi-product adoption, and prioritized vertical workflows.
• A minimum of 8 years in B2B content marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement, ideally with experience in all three areas.
• Proven track record in building and managing a customer evidence, case-study, or advocacy program utilized by sellers during live sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and the evidence required from discovery and evaluation through to procurement and legal review.
• Direct experience in partnering with account executives and SDRs to create commercially effective content and enablement resources.
• A creative/editorial background with excellent judgment in customer stories and social proof.
• Ability to set creative standards, write briefs, manage and direct agency partners, and edit to a high standard while juggling multiple stories and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Highspot, Seismic, DocSend, or similar sales content platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce campaign attribution, pipeline reporting, or related revenue analytics (preferred).
• Background in supporting enterprise or managed sales motions within a SaaS environment (preferred).
• Experience in developing customer proof for AI products, workflow products, or multi-product platform adoption (preferred).
• Familiarity with G2 or other peer-review programs and GEO/customer-voice strategies (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with Marketing Operations, Campaign Enablement, or Marketing Data Science on content attribution and sales-content analytics (preferred).
