This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and lead the customer-proof infrastructure that supports Dropbox’s managed sales initiatives.

• Establish the creative and editorial vision for customer evidence.

• Oversee agency partners responsible for creating customer-proof materials.

• Identify advocates, coordinate outreach with account teams, manage consent and approvals, record participation preferences, and mitigate customer fatigue.

• Maintain the organization, relevance, and accessibility of the asset library.

• Administer the sales content library using Highspot, Deeto, or a similar platform.

• Classify assets by deal stage, customer profile, vertical, and product; uphold freshness standards and pinpoint content gaps.

• Conduct regular Sales–Marketing feedback sessions to gauge seller requirements and prioritize the development of new evidence.

• Ensure that pertinent proof is available to sellers at the right deal stage and monitor evidence usage.

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to create Salesforce campaign attribution and reporting.

• Assess the impact of evidence on the pipeline, win rate, and sales-cycle velocity.

• Deliver monthly reports to Sales and Marketing while managing a pipeline of customers at each stage of evidence development.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Campaign Enablement, and product teams across all Dropbox products and solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement — ideally encompassing all three areas.

• Proven track record in establishing and managing a customer evidence, case-study, or advocacy program that is utilized by sellers during live sales cycles.

• In-depth understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and the evidence required at each phase, from discovery and evaluation to procurement and legal review.

• Direct experience collaborating with account executives and SDRs to create commercially effective content and enablement materials.

• Creative/editorial expertise with a strong intuition for engaging customer narratives and credible social proof.

• Capability to set the creative/editorial standard, write briefs, oversee and manage agency partners, and edit to a high caliber.

• Proficiency in managing multiple stories and stakeholders concurrently.
