Customer Engineer – Nordics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical contact for enterprise clients.

• Address customer inquiries through Slack or video conferencing and manage resolution from start to finish.

• Oversee technical onboarding, setup, configuration, and integration with platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, and others.

• Identify and resolve intricate issues in live customer environments.

• Apply fixes, enhancements, and minor features within the Node.js/TypeScript codebase.

• Collaborate with Product Engineering by providing customer insights, escalating systemic issues, and assisting in prioritizing product development.

• Cultivate expertise in AI agents and prompt engineering to guide customers on optimizing their support operations.

• Record recurring issues, solutions, and integration methodologies to enhance internal knowledge and customer resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or professional proficiency in a Nordic language: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish (both spoken and written).

• 2–3+ years of experience in software engineering with Node.js and TypeScript, capable of writing and deploying production code.

• Practical experience with AI agents and prompt engineering.

• Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles, including onboarding or troubleshooting integrations within a SaaS context.

• Familiarity with, or the ability to rapidly learn, helpdesk APIs such as Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot.

• Exceptional English communication skills, including clear writing and confident speaking during video calls with enterprise stakeholders.

• Capability to function efficiently in a dynamic startup environment.

• Ability to collaborate with clients across US, EU, MENA, and GCC time zones.
